Sometimes football teams are defined by legends. Those who break records for appearances, hold the highest number of goals for a team. Sometimes, it’s the hard workers who are the real heroes.
Those who may only score a few goals a season, yet they are those who run for 90 minutes, break bones to win games. Throw themselves into tackles that many applauds yet to forget.
Maja Krantz is a legend.
A player who was not going to be the highest goalscorer in Linköpings FC history.
Maja is for me, alongside Louise Fors and Petra Larsson, one part of the greatest defensive midfielders we have ever had.
Maja. You are a Hall of Famer, a living legend. You are a winner, a hero and a real idol.
